1. What driving force motivates you as an artist and keeps you going?

I love working with talented creators and designers in smaller businesses, many of whom have don't have the resources or budget to successfully promote their products. It gives me great joy and satisfaction making it possible for them to create beautiful and professional looking content, and it keeps my creativity and passion for what I do flowing as well.

2. Collaboration can be important for artists. Tell us about your team and how they contribute to your work.

I normally look after the artistic direction, photography and editing of the shots I take. I also work with what the designer/stylist/MUAs bring to the table so we can prepare the best content we can with what we have available.

Working collaboratively with small companies is great because they rely so much on yourexpertise and creativity to get the desired result. Working with a bigger client may meanyour own approach and creativity may not be used to the fullest, if you have to share thecontentof the shoots with a wider team.

3. Can you tell us about your creative process, from the initial idea to the final result?

I always present a mood board suggestion for everyone involved if one hasn't been prepared. Or if they have already one I study it carefully to understand how what needs to be shot can meet their expectations.

Having a strong commercial background I always try to focus my shots based on “will thisget the attention of your target audience?”, but I always try to add my own style andquirkinessto my images to give them that extra wow factor.

4. What challenges have you faced in your career so far, and how have you overcome them?

The fashion industry is a bit of a beast and working in it can challenge anyone’s self- confidence. I have been told many times in the past that I'm too friendly for this industry, but after many years working with a variety of people on different projects I believe that people will remember me by how I faced these challenges with positivity, resolve, and being helpful and kind to everyone on set.

5. What led you to choose Mob, and what are your career aspirations in this field?

I absolutely adore Mob and all of the beautiful shared content that everyone gets to see and enjoy. And I am thrilled and excited to see those talented designers who I worked with on this shoot also be a part of it.
