  • Chinese funerals mainly use white as the main color tone. White has the meaning of respecting nature and worshiping ancestors. Secondly, white has the meaning of "pure" in Chinese culture. However, the props used in funerals are colorful, usually including wreaths, soul banners, lanterns, paper money, and other paper binding arts that summon the souls of deceased people, or offerings placed during mourning, as well as flowing water tables inviting family and friends. The overall style of Chinese funeral is simple, absurd, and carries a hint of romance.
