Second Skin

Photographer: Sylvain Darrigues

  • This series questions where identity resides, when what we wear stops decorating and begins defining. The accessories becomes a second skin, an entity that shapes presence, erases intimacy, and redraws the fragile line between what is shown and what is withheld. Through this series, I wanted to question how much of ourselves we decide to expose, and what we choose to protect, when the accessory is no longer just fashion, but barrier, garment, skin.
