I am a photographer interested in exploring the surreal aspects of life, with a background originally in design, fashion plays an integral role in her creativity, experimenting a lot with different silhouettes and textures. My work is heavily inspired by abstract creatives such as Claude Cahun, Remedios Varo and Iris Van Herpen. Abyss is an exploration of this abstract, surreal and dark side of creativity. Built from concepts usually viewed as unsettling or unnerving. A lot of the work I create is built around exploring these themes, so for me, an abyss feels like the perfect representation of my own creativity, hence the title of this editorial.
